The adoption of circular economy approach, enabled by the technology revolution, will grow Europe resource productivity by up to 3% a year; that is a primary resource benefit of 0,6 trillion per year by 2030, plus 1,2 € trillion in non-resource and externally benefits. The report is focused on three sectors: mobility, food and housing. In the chart above the structural wastes that circular approach could avoid. The three sectors consume 60% of the average European household budget.
